The Pittsburgh Steelers are going to look a lot different in 2025 than they did in 2024.
The biggest change, of course, is at the quarterback position, as they made a big move to add Aaron Rodgers under center.
DK Metcalf was another massive addition, as was cornerback Jalen Ramsey.
When healthy, Ramsey is one of the best cornerbacks in football, and he’s looking to add a big boost to the defensive side of the ball.
The Steelers have been known for their strong defense for years, and having a player like Ramsey on their team will only help their chances moving forward.
The newly added DB is gearing up for what could be a massive season and seems to be fueled by his teammates and new coaches.
He said as much in a recent sit-down with Ryan Clark and co-hosts of “The Pivot” podcast, gushing particularly about Mike Tomlin and his influence to this point.
“Mike T, he one of one,” Ramsey said, adding, “He’s different.”

Ramsey mentioned that he’s having the most fun he’s had in years at training camp, that Tomlin brings everything back to square one to ensure everyone is on the same page.
This approach tends to work well for teams with lots of new faces, which is certainly the case for the Steelers in 2025.
It will be interesting to see if these new additions can help them take the next step as an organization, or if they’ll fall short and have another season of .500 football.
