Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze has been told by one of his former teammates which club he should join between Arsenal and Tottenham.
It seems that a real North London battle is emerging for Eze, who has a £68m release clause, and is expected to leave Selhurst Park this summer considering all the reports.

Arsenal have been interested in Eze since the early transfer window, however, they are yet to make a concrete move for him, and are reportedly prioritising sales before they can splash out on signing the England international.
Meanwhile, Tottenham recently saw an injury to midfielder James Maddison, who is expected to miss most of the season. So they are trying to sign a replacement. They have been linked to Eze alongside Man City winger Savinho, to be that player.
It is not clear which club Eze would currently rather join, so it could come down to a bidding war, or simply first come first served.
Eze told to join Arsenal by a former teammate
Before being at Crystal Palace, Eze spent much of his earlier career with Queen’s Park Rangers, and he was teammates with defender Nedum Onuoha, who is now a pundit on American sports channel ESPN. He said in a recent broadcast where he thinks Eze should go this summer.
Onuoha said: “Eze in that Arsenal red makes more sense, and to see him potentially be at a club who are striving to be winning. Eberechi Eze at Arsenal makes sense to me.”
“For Arsenal, you know how they’re going to compete. If you were to say who’s going to win the league first between Arsenal and Spurs, you’re probably being petty if you say Spurs.Considering he was a player there [at Arsenal] when he was in the academy from young, he has links there as well, he has a feel for the club.”
Eze was previously released by Arsenal as a youngster, and remains a boyhood Arsenal fan, so the Gunners are certainly in a strong position to land their man.
