From the start of the 2025/26 season, we are updating how priority tickets are allocated for our men's first team domestic and European cup finals, should we qualify.
These changes are designed to simplify the criteria and reward loyalty throughout the season, shaped by ongoing feedback from supporters, including our Ticketing Forum.
The new criteria will give higher priority to season ticket holders and members who have travelled to see the team play in the relevant competition, both home and away.
Our Season Ticket holder numbers far outweigh the limited allocations we receive for cup finals. While we are pleased that evidence shows that a high number of Season Ticket holders utilise their seat for all games included in their Season Ticket, we have decided to strengthen our policy of recognising the commitment and dedication of supporters who regularly follow the team away.
**What are the priority windows for 2025/26 cup finals?**
Season Ticket holders who have utilised their Season Tickets for at least 20/23 games, or 17/19 games\*, and have:
1. either attended 3 European away games or a qualifying number of domestic cup away games\*\*, or
2. have 10+ away points
**Window 2**
All other Season Ticket holders who meet the 20/23 games or 17/19 seat utilisation threshold
**Window 3**
All Silver members
**Window 4**
All Red members
_\*Should our cup final tickets be placed on sale before the end of the Premier League season, we will calculate utilisation based on the proportion of the 23 or 19 home matches that have been played so far._
_\*\*The number of qualifying away games for domestic cup matches will be dependent on the number of the away draws in the relevant competition._
**Filling every seat: a reminder of our seat utilisation policy**
With demand at an all-time high, we’re committed to filling every seat to create the best possible atmosphere at Emirates Stadium.
In 2025/26:
* Season ticket holders must continue to use their seat for at least 20 out of the 23 matches included in their season ticket to be eligible for renewal
* Supporters who opt for the 19-match season ticket must utilise their seat for at least 17 out of 19 games
* Club Level season ticket holders must utilise their seat for at least 22 games
If season ticket holders are unable to attend any fixtures included in their season ticket, they can make their seat available on Ticket Exchange for other Arsenal members or transfer to a friend or family member via Ticket Transfer. There is no cost to the season ticket holder for these services.
From next season, if season ticket holders post their ticket on Ticket Exchange on the day of the match, they will only receive their seat utilisation badge if the ticket sells. If they post their ticket on Ticket Exchange before midnight on the day before the match, they will receive their badge regardless of whether it sells.
This rule, along with seat utilisation requirements, are not applicable to disability access season ticket holders.
