Manchester United’s Premier League campaign begins on Sunday against Arsenal, but on Wednesday night the U21s are in action.
After a long summer, Manchester United’s U21 side are set to kick off their competitive season in the National League Cup.
The tournament was enjoyable last season with the Red Devils beaten in the quarter finals by Sutton United by a 3-0 scoreline.
United however do boast a much stronger U21 side than last year, with most of the record breaking U18 side stepping up.
Gabriele Biancheri was sensational last season and will hope to become undeniable to Ruben Amorim this campaign.
The U21s should also include Tyler Fletcher, Amir Ibragimov and potentially even the likes of Chido Obi.
