Arsenal are on the hunt for further attacking reinforcements before the summer transfer deadline, following the arrivals of Viktor Gyokeres and Noni Madueke. Mikel Arteta is seemingly eyeing a left winger to complete his summer spending, but two of his top targets could soon leave the market.
Arsenal have been linked to Real Madrid winger Rodrygo, whose future under Xabi Alonso is in serious doubt. However, Manchester City have reportedly entered the frame, with Pep Guardiola a big admirer of the Brazilian.
Eberechi Eze is another option said to be a subject of interest at the Emirates Stadium. But rivals Tottenham Hotspur appear to be pressing forward with their attempts to add the Crystal Palace star to Thomas Frank's squad. Arsenal must act fast or miss out.
Express Sport runs through four attractive options for the Gunners if Rodrygo and Eze evade Arteta in the coming weeks.
Rafael Leao
If it’s star power Arsenal are searching for, they can look no further than AC Milan’s Rafael Leao. He has spent six years at the San Siro and is surely destined for a new challenge soon.
The 26-year didn’t have as productive a season as usual last term, registering eight goals and eight assists in Serie A, but he still shone regularly.
Leao’s speciality is his dribbling, regularly trying to beat his man and often succeeding. If Arteta wants a winger who can get to the byline and find Viktor Gyokeres, Leao is a worthy candidate.

Bradley Barcola
Bradley Barcola made a name for himself in Paris Saint-Germain’s Champions League-winning team last season, scoring 21 goals and providing 18 assists.
He has been linked with a move away, though, as Luis Enrique often starts with Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Liverpool have been credited with an interest, and Arne Slot is expected to make one more attacking signing, Alexander Isak or otherwise. Arsenal should be in the picture for Barcola.
Anthony Gordon
Newcastle United will not be in the mood to entertain the exit of another of their leading stars amid the ongoing Isak saga.
However, if Arsenal want a Premier League-proven addition, Anthony Gordon could fit that left-wing position like a glove.
He has proven how effectively he can link-up with a towering striker with Isak, so a partnership with Gyokeres would carry serious potential.
