**Tottenham Hotspur are not willing to back down in their pursuit of Manchester City star Savinho.**

Thomas Frank is eager to strengthen his attacking options, having endured a difficult summer where he lost club legend Heung-min Son to Los Angeles FC and James Maddison to an ACL injury.
Bringing in a winger and a creative midfielder is at the top of Frank’s wishlist for what remains of the transfer window, and he has identified Savinho as a key target.
