Starting Lions CB expected back at practice; Te Sam LaPorta will be out

ALLEN PARK -- Terrion Arnold confidently told reporters after the first day of joint practices that he was going to be out there on Thursday.

Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell confirmed Arnold’s wishes, saying the starting cornerback would be eased back into Thursday’s practice. Arnold has been dealing with a hamstring injury over the last week or so. Campbell said Arnold would get worked into individual and group drills to start practice, then they would sprinkle him in team drills and gauge where he is at and go from there.
