Fulham are reportedly ready to battle AC Milan for the signature of Manchester United forward Rasmus Hojlund.
The Red Devils are seemingly attempting to offload Hojlund following the arrival of Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, and the Denmark international is currently being heavily linked with a move to AC Milan.
According to Sky Italia, talks have taken place over a switch to San Siro, with the Italian giants looking to sign Hojlund on an initial loan deal, but there will be an option to bring him in on a permanent basis next summer.
Borussia Dortmund are also said to be keeping a close eye on the situation, with Hojlund not short of interest despite his struggles at Old Trafford during the 2024-25 campaign.
However, according to the Daily Mail, there is also firm interest from Fulham, with Marco Silva's side considering what would be a shock move for the 22-year-old in the latter stages of the summer transfer window.

Fulham 'weighing up' move for Man United striker Hojlund
The report claims that the London club first want to know whether Hojlund would be interested in making the move to Craven Cottage before launching an official bid for his services.
Hojlund's first choice is believed to be to remain at Man United, with the Dane confident that he can prove himself at Old Trafford following a disappointing 2024-25 campaign.
However, the 20-time English champions appear to be looking to move him on, viewing Joshua Zirkzee and Chido Obi as the back-up options to Sesko when it comes to the centre-forward spot.
Man United are currently working on exits, with Alejandro Garnacho and Jadon Sancho being linked with Chelsea and Roma respectively, while Antony is also set to leave before the end of the transfer window.
Selling or loaning Hojlund would further boost their transfer kitty, as the club continue to work on a late move for Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Carlos Baleba.

Fulham view Hojlund as potential 'Muniz replacement'
Fulham could be in the market for a replacement for Rodrigo Muniz this summer, as the striker is being heavily linked with a move to Atalanta BC, although the club's head coach Silva has said that the Brazilian is "in contention" to face Brighton & Hove Albion in the team's Premier League opener.
“Rodrigo is in contention for the game against Brighton. He’s been working with the team this week, just as he did throughout pre-season. As for offers and bids we’ve received - that’s not for me to comment on. All I can say is, he’s in contention to play," said the Portuguese.
"I’ve been speaking with him, just as I’ve spoken to other players. When players receive approaches, or don’t receive approaches, you need to be more careful and around them to see what’s happening.
"It’s not something I do with Rodrigo at all. He knows what I think of him and how important he is - it’s as simple as that. He has to let the people who take care of him speak to the club, and let the club decide what’s best for him and for Fulham."
Hojlund, who was an unused substitute in Man United's final pre-season friendly of the summer last weekend, has scored 26 times and registered six assists in 95 appearances for the Red Devils since arriving from Atalanta in 2023, but he only netted four goals in the Premier League last season.
