Ceaser, 24, is a 6-foot-3, 254-pounder who played in college at Houston. He originally signed with the Seattle Seahawks as a rookie undrafted free agent in 2024 after having spent the spring of that year playing for the DC Defenders of the UFL. He played with the San Antonio Brahmas during the 2025 UFL season.
Ceaser finished his college career with 101 tackles, 27.5 tackles for loss, 17 sacks and one forced fumble. He was a team captain in 2023 and was named first-team All-Big 12 after leading the conference in sacks with 9.5.
In corresponding moves, the Bills designated both Virgil and Hollins as waived/injured. Both missed practice Wednesday. Hollins signed with the Bills earlier this month, while Virgil split time between the team's practice squad and active roster in 2024.
