Sacramento Kings unveil schedule and ticket info for 2025-26 NBA season

The Sacramento Kings have unveiled their 82-game schedule for the 2025-26 NBA season.

The Kings will open the season on the road against the Phoenix Suns on Oct. 22. They will play their home opener against the Utah Jazz on Oct. 24 at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento before playing host to the Los Angeles Lakers on Oct. 26.

The Kings finished ninth in the Western Conference last season, failing to reach the playoffs after losing in the play-in tournament for the second year in a row. They are are entering their first full season under coach Doug Christie, who went 27-24 as interim coach after Mike Brown was fired in December.

The Kings will play nine games on national television with four on NBC, two on Peacock, one on ESPN and one on Prime. They will have 14 back-to-back sets, including six home-home sets, five away-away sets, two home-away sets and one away-home set.

The Kings will face the Oklahoma City Thunder, Minnesota Timberwolves (Nov. 14), Phoenix Suns (Nov. 26) and Jazz (Nov. 28) in West Group A as part of the Emirates NBA Cup in-season tournament. Eight teams will advance from the group stage to the knockout rounds.

In January, the Kings will have a season-long seven-game homestand with games against the Houston Rockets, Lakers, New York Knicks, Washington Wizards, Portland Trail Blazers, Miami Heat and Toronto Raptors.

That homestand will be followed by a season-long six-game road trip with games against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Pistons, Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, Boston Celtics and Wizards.
