The New York Knicks will enter the 2025-26 NBA season as one of the favorites to win the Eastern Conference.
Of course, the Knicks have their core of Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, Josh Hart, OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges returning but they do have some new faces around the organization.

The biggest new addition for the Knicks is head coach Mike Brown as they hired him as Tom Thiobdeau’s replacement after firing after their playoff exit.
New York also signed Jordan Clarkson and Guerschon Yabusele in free agency to upgrade their bench, which has made them a favorite to come out of the East next season.
Knicks’ 2025-26 schedule revealed
On Thursday, the NBA officially revealed the 2025-26 schedule for every team and here are some of the Knicks’ marquee matchups.
New York will begin the new season at home at Madison Square Garden on October 22 when they face off against the Cleveland Cavaliers on ESPN in an East showdown.

They will then face the Boston Celtics at home on October 24 on Amazon Prime before hitting the road for the first time on October 26 against the Miami Heat.
On October 31, the Knicks will begin group play for the Emirates NBA Cup on the road against the Chicago Bulls before returning home against the Heat on November 14.
New York will then end group play on the road against the Charlotte Hornets on November 26 before returning home to face the Milwaukee Bucks on November 28 on Amazon Prime.

The Knicks will also be featured once again on Christmas Day when they host the Cavaliers and they will end 2025 on New Year’s Eve on the road against the San Antonio Spurs.
Brown will make his return to take on the Sacramento Kings on January 14 and the Knicks’ final regular season game will come at home on April 12 against the Hornets.
In total, the Knicks will have 34 nationally televised games next season, which is the most in the NBA as they try to land a top seed in the East next season and make a run at a championship.
