Shedeur Sanders is attempting to make a splash with the Cleveland Browns, but there are a lot of people doubting his abilities in the National Football League. He has shown the ability to play well, but there are a lot of critics as he attempts to climb the depth chart and competes for a spot on the 53-man roster.

During an interview with Sports Illustrated, actor Denzel Washington shared a message for the haters of Shedeur Sanders.
“Listen, Shedeur can play, you know, for real. Everybody’s got an opinion. In fact, we live in a world of opinionaries. That’s what I call them, opinionaires. All the shows, a bunch of guys, a couple of them that have played, but most of them who haven’t, who have an opinion about what something should be when they haven’t done it. Those who can do, those who can’t talk about those who can’t. Those who have, know what they are talking about. Those who haven’t don’t. Period. That’s how I feel about it. Too much talking.”
Denzel Washington was actually in similar shoes as his son, John David, played two years for the St. Louis Rams, so there is a similarity to a high-profiled father seeing his son play in the NFL. Shedeur Sanders played well in his first official action last week against the Carolina Panthers in the preseason as he completed 14 of 23 (60.8%) of his passes for 134 yards with a pair of touchdowns.
