Liverpool are pressing ahead with their transfer business, despite already being among the Premier League's most active clubs this summer.
The Reds seemingly have their sights set on three additional players before the window slams shut. Arne Slot's team are close to wrapping up a deal for Parma defender Giovanni Leoni. The 18-year-old is rated highly and looks set to join the Dutchman's squad.
Moves for Alexander Isak and Marc Guehi remain more uncertain with just over a fortnight left to secure their signatures. Guehi might still arrive on a free transfer in 12 months' time, while the three years left on Isak's contract means Newcastle haven't buckled easily.
The Reds face Bournemouth to launch their Premier League campaign on Friday, though they'll field no new faces. Players like Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong could make their bow in the top flight.
With that in mind, Daily Star Sport examines the latest transfer gossip and speculation around Anfield.

Liverpool will only re-enter negotiations with Newcastle United regarding a possible move for Alexander Isak if they're confident a deal can be struck, according to journalist Ben Jacobs, reports the Mirror.
The Reds had an offer worth approximately £110 million rejected by the Magpies earlier this summer, and aren't planning another approach unless Newcastle's position changes.

Sky has slashed the price of its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle ahead of the 2025/26 season, saving members £192 and offering more than 1,400 live matches across the Premier League, EFL and more.
Sky will show at least 215 live Premier League games next season, an increase of up to 100 more.
Speaking on the Born N' Red podcast, Jacobs said: "Liverpool if they're back (in talks with Newcastle) are only coming to collect Alexander Isak, they're not coming to be speculative, they're not coming for a back and forth.
"Liverpool are only going to come back to the table if they know that this (Isak) is happening. If there is a development club-to-club, I think Liverpool fans can get very excited, very quickly."

Arne Slot remained tight-lipped about potential signings of Giovanni Leoni and Marc Guehi. The former is poised to arrive at Anfield in a £35million switch, but the Dutchman wouldn't reveal much about the Italian's impending arrival.
"The clubs have agreed a deal but he has not signed for us yet. The moment he does, I can go into more detail," Slot said as he previewed Liverpool's clash with Bournemouth. Slot directed journalists to Oliver Glasner for any queries regarding Crystal Palace defender Guehi.
"He's not our player," the coach stated. "Regrettably, he was the captain of the team we lost to last Sunday. If you want to discuss him, you should approach Palace and [manager Oliver] Glasner."

Midfielder Luca Stephenson has inked a new contract with Liverpool before immediately heading to Dundee United on a season-long loan for the second consecutive term.
The 21-year-old made a strong impression with the side and bagged their Young Player of the Season award in 2024/25.
