Manchester United are showing no signs of slowing down in the transfer market, having already heavily backed Ruben Amorim with a staggering summer spending spree.

Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko have all secured moves to Old Trafford, and the pressure is now on for them to deliver. While United's attack looks significantly stronger than last year, it leaves several players facing uncertain futures.

Rasmus Hojlund, Joshua Zirkzee, Jadon Sancho and Alejandro Garnacho could all potentially depart before the transfer window closes in just a few weeks. There may also be further arrivals.

Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba has caught the eye at Old Trafford, but it's believed he would command a hefty fee should United decide to make a move.

With that in mind, here's a round-up of all the latest transfer news and gossip from the red half of Manchester.

Following the signing of Benjamin Sesko, it seemed likely that Hojlund was heading for the exit. And that move could be closer than initially thought, reports the Mirror.

AC Milan have been linked with the Danish striker, with manager Max Allegri reportedly playing a key role in any potential transfer.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, discussions between Milan and Hojlund's representatives have already taken place. Hojlund is now set to meet with Allegri, who will try to persuade the forward to make the switch to the San Siro.

In the midst of United's reported interest in Carlos Baleba, they might be making space for him with a likely departure. According to The Athletic, academy product Toby Collyer is set for a switch to Championship outfit West Bromwich Albion.

Collyer expressed his wish to leave for more first-team opportunities earlier this summer and will join the Baggies on a season-long loan. Sheffield Wednesday and Leicester were both previously linked.

There was also speculation that Collyer could have been part of the negotiations for Baleba, but that now seems to be off the cards.

Manchester United have reportedly received a proposal from Italian heavyweights AS Roma for out-of-favour winger Jadon Sancho. The winger remains on the fringes at Old Trafford following his loan stint at Chelsea.

The Times reports that Roma have now offered to take him on a temporary deal for the season. However, the Red Devils would reportedly prefer a permanent sale to remove his £250,000-a-week wages from their payroll.

United value Sancho between £20million and £25million. The winger has just one year left on his contract at Old Trafford.
