Adam Birchall's under-18s get their season underway on Saturday, August 16 when they take on Norwich City away from home.
The U18s Premier League South fixture takes place at Colney Training Centre, with kick-off scheduled for 12pm (UK time).
Last season was a successful one for our young Gunners, who finished third with 44 points, just three fewer than league winners Aston Villa. With several of last season's squad moving up to the under-21s for the new season, there will be a new look to our under-18s side in Norfolk this weekend.
### The Opposition
Norwich had a difficult season last time around, winning just six of their 24 league matches. The Canaries amassed 23 points, just over half the total we achieved.
That being said, the Yellows did improve hugely towards the end of the season, securing three of their six victories in their final seven games of the season.
Saturday's opponents were also significantly better at home than they were on their travels, taking 17 points from their 12 home matches.
