Ipswich Town are lining up a loan deal for Newcastle United midfielder Lewis Miley, whilst the Tractor Boys are also interested in AFC Bournemouth pair Lewis Cook and Philip Billing.
That's according to a report from the Daily Mail on Friday, as Ipswich look to add some further quality to their midfield.
Town boss Kieran McKenna has already been able to bolster his options in that department with the arrivals of Jens-Lys Cajuste and Azor Matusiwa respectively, but they don't appear finished yet.
This comes after Ipswich failed in their £20m pursuit of Middlesbrough star Hayden Hackney, after the England youth international turned down a move to Portman Road this summer.
