Ranking every Premier League club by their net spend in summer 2025

Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United have the biggest net spend of all Premier League clubs in the 2025 summer transfer window so far.

Champions Liverpool have made the most eye-catching moves so far, spending north of £100million on Florian Wirtz and signing his Bayer Leverkusen team-mate Jeremie Frimpong.

As well the Bayer pair, Arne Slot’s team have splashed out on Hugo Ekitike, Milos Kerkez and could still bring in Alexander Isak.

City and Chelsea both spent big before the start of their Club World Cup campaigns while the London club have again shown their talent for selling off second-string players for big money.

Elsewhere, Manchester United have signed Matheus Cunha from Wolves, Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford and Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig but are yet to sell any of their deadwood for a fee this summer.

Bournemouth’s sale of practically all of their back line has made them the clear leader when it comes to net spend with the Cherries having earned €109.56million this summer, double the amount of any other team.

Fulham have had the quietest summer, bringing in just two players, amounting to €500k in transfer fees, but have yet to sell a player for a price.
