Manchester United have now loaned out another player this summer, with one member of Ruben Amorim’s squad searching for first team football.
After the disaster of last season, Manchester United are set to have a smaller squad for the 2025/26 campaign.
United have no European football and therefore will only be playing one game per week for the majority of the season, and this leaves players on the fringes of the first-team unlikely to get minutes.
As a result, loans are set to heat up over the coming weeks for players who have been first-team members, but simply need a move to develop.
Harry Amass is expected to head on loan, with PSV one option in the Eredivisie keen on United’s 18-year-old full-back.
Similarly, after Benjamin Sesko arrived, Rasmus Hojlund has a serious loan move on the table from AC Milan, while Fulham have also emerged as a new option.
But now, United have completed the loan exit of one player.

Collyer had plenty of suitors this summer, with Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday also keen, but he has ended up making a very strong move.
Speaking after the announcement to club media, West Brom sporting director Andrew Nestor praised the signing of Collyer.
“Toby is a dynamic midfielder who we rate highly and believe that his strengths will complement our already strong midfield options.
“He is an ideal central midfielder for our playing model with his physical attributes, progressive play and passing ability, and has the capability to make a real impression this season.”
Collyer should play a key role for the Baggies in their push toward promotion this season.
Toby Collyer speaks with excitement about joining West Brom from Manchester United
Earlier this summer, Collyer spoke about wanting to break through at United, however, due to a lack of minutes and the potential addition of another midfielder, he may need to prove himself on loan first.
So with a loan the best plan for him, it was key that United’s loan manager Jonny Evans got it right and West Brom is an excellent move for Collyer, as he has now spoken about.
“I spoke with the gaffer Ryan Mason and I got a really good first impression from him”, Collyer explained.
“Albion seems like the right place and the right environment for me and I’m hoping to play as much as possible.
“This is a great opportunity for me to help the team and take my game to the next level, which I’m really excited about.”
