David Akintola's move to Hull City has finally been confirmed and the winger says it's a dream to play in England after penning his contract in East Yorkshire.
Akintola has been training with City in the past few days, with the club waiting on approval from the league, and that has now arrived, though it remains unclear if he will be eligible to be involved against Oxford United on Sunday afternoon.
City have pinned Akintola down to a two-year contract and he arrives in East Yorkshire after turning down offers elsewhere. He is their 10th signing of a profitable transfer window so far, despite the restrictions the Tigers have been working under.
The right winger arrives to beef up City's wide options with Liam Millar and Mohamed Belloumi not yet fit enough to return to competitive games, while Abu Kamara is set to join Getafe.
City have also snapped up Manchester City teenager Joel Ndala on loan for the season, though he's predominantly a left winger, but Akintola can operate on either side if required.

The 29-year-old has been a free agent since leaving Turkish side Rizespor at the end of last season, and though he's had other offers, a move to City appealed, joining John Lundstram and Enis Destan in arriving from Turkey in recent weeks.
City's latest acquisition has notched up 273 appearances throughout his career, with the majority of those coming in the Super Lig in recent seasons.
“I’m very happy to be here – I cannot describe the feeling. A couple of weeks ago, the club showed interest. It was a very easy decision," Akintola said. “Because I was in Nigeria, I needed a visa to come, so that’s why it took a little while, but I’m very happy to finally be here. “Growing up in Nigeria, everybody watches the Premier League. Hull have played in the Premier League before, so it’s a team I’ve known about for a very long time. Having the opportunity to play here now is a big privilege, and I’m grateful. “The people here are amazing – everybody has welcomed me very well. I’m looking forward to working with the head coach and bringing a good story to this great team.
