Liverpool are likely to line up an almost entirely new-look side when they face Bournemouth in their Premier League opener on Friday evening.
The Reds have had a massive overhaul of their ranks since the summer transfer window opened at the start of June, and with there still being over two weeks left to make some moves, plenty more is still likely to change.
Rumours have been consistently shared about the future of Arne Slot’s squad, and even though their performance against Crystal Palace in the Community Shield on Sunday wasn’t ideal, this is their chance for redemption.
Here, Rousing the Kop take a look at some of the biggest transfer rumours to have emerged from Anfield on Friday, 15 August.

One of the main transfer stories to have dominated these transfer round-ups has been the consistent updates in the Alexander Isak saga.
The striker has been Liverpool’s number one target since the window first opened, and now, it feels like a second bid from Liverpool is close to becoming a reality.
That is, as per a new report from Daily Mail journalist Craig Hope, who has shared that Newcastle may sell Isak this summer and end up sticking both Anthony Gordon and Yoanne Wissa at the number nine.
Indeed, this wouldn’t be ideal for the Magpies, but in Liverpool’s case, they’d finally be able to get a deal for the towering Swede over the line.

Ben Doak is another curious case to have emerged from Liverpool this season.
The Scotsman had an impressive campaign with Middlesbrough last term and even though Liverpool chose to reject the advances they’d received for the attacker in January, it seems like their tune has now changed.
That’s because, as per a new report from The Guardian, fellow Premier League side Bournemouth are now closing in on a £25million deal for Doak.
And, while the Cherries are the ones currently leading the way, Liga Portugal side, Porto are also in the mix for his transfer.

Another transfer saga that has dominated headlines this summer is the future of Marc Guehi.
Liverpool have been the team in the driver’s seat for most of the transfer window, but at the time of writing, nothing has yet come to fruition.
However, while live on talkSPORT, Daily Mail journalist Dominic King has shared that he believes the Englishman will still end up as a Liverpool player this summer.
This is largely due to the comments Steve Parish made about Crystal Palace not being able to lose him for nothing which means that a deal could still very easily get over the line before deadline day.
