Thee Jacksonville Jaguars made a splash move this off-season by trading up to get one of the best weapons in the entire draft. Travis Hunter was a star with the Colorado Buffaloes, and looks to continue that into the NFL.
However, he has already been bit by the injury bug.

As he prepares to enter his first season in the NFL, Travis Hunter hopes to make a significant contribution to a team that went just 4-13 last season:
Unfortunately, on Friday, the wide receiver and the cornerback was held out of practice. According to Mia O’Brien of ESPN, head coach Liam Coen confirmed it was a precautionary measure due to Hunter sustaining an upper-body injury
The Jaguars are set to play in their second of three preseason games on Sunday on the road against the New Orleans Saints. After sitting out, though, Hunter’s availability becomes a big question.
When asked by reporters, Coen was uncommitted on whether the rookie will be suiting up against the Saints, saying, “We’ll figure that out. We don’t know yet.”

Considering this is his rookie season, these exhibition matchups are a valuable time in the Hunter’s development, getting the opportunity to see real NFL action. That’s especially so with him wanting to continue to play both offense and defense.
Hunter made his Jaguars debut during the team’s first preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday, losing 31-25.
