LAKE FOREST, Ill., — The Chicago Bears welcomed in a Super Bowl-contending team and the reigning NFL MVP Josh Allen to Halas Hall. While Chicago held their own for most of the practice, there was one glaring weakness still hovering around this team.
The left tackle position.
If you felt weary of that spot on the offensive line already, Friday's practice didn't offer much confidence in terms of a solution. For the third-straight practice, we saw Theo Benedet and Braxton Jones split reps at left tackle with the starters while rookie Ozzy Trapilo was at right tackle with the second team.
