Jaguars confirm horrible Travis Hunter injury

The Jacksonville Jaguars have one of the most intriguing young players in NFL history. Travis Hunter is aiming to be the first player to play significant snaps on both sides of the ball for an entire season.

Although his quarterback has a preference for which side of the ball Hunter plays.

“He’s so talented, it’s hard to keep him off the field,” Trevor Lawrence said aboutHunter. “Selfishly, I definitely want him on offense more. And I told him, ‘Do you want to catch touchdowns or do you want to maybe break up a pass or two?

“That’s a decision you have to make. He’ll make plays wherever he is, but obviously, as a quarterback, I hope he plays more on offense. Wherever he plays to make us better, because he will make us better, I’m all for wherever that is.”

Travis Hunter responded that playing both sides wasn’t that difficult for him.

“It’s not hard at all, if I’m being honest,” Hunter said. “The first off day that we had and I came back and did both sides, that’s the only thing that got to me. After that, I’ve been good.”

Unfortunately, the young talent won’t be playing offense or defense for the time being, according to one prominent league insider.

“Jaguars receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter is dealing with what coach Liam Coen called an upper-body injury and may not play in Sunday’s preseason game at New Orleans,” reported ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Friday.

Hopefully, Hunter is a full-go by the time the regular season arrives.
