Wolves head into the new season with a lot of unanswered questions after a summer of change at the club.
The team has some new faces, and a lot of old faces gone, so predicting how the season will go is a difficult task.
But manager Vitor Pereira is a calming presence in a sea of worry and angst, and he thinks Wolves can do anything thanks to one key factor.
Wolves fans’ support gives Vitor Pereira the confidence to do miracles
The Premier League demands the very best quality, preparation and consistency, and great managers create standards at their club to achieve these things.
But Pereira acknowledges that he alone can’t do it all, and he relies on the supporters just as they do on him.
Sky Sports News travelled to Wolverhampton to meet the Portuguese boss in his natural environment, the local pub, where he discussed the impact the fans have on him: “They make me feel like part of the family, and this is very important for me.
“I’m a very emotional guy and when I feel these people with me, I think I can do miracles.”

And if pundit predictions about Wolves are anything to go by, miracles may be needed to ensure Wolves keep their spot in the Premier League.
Just like Wolves fans, Vitor Pereira expects new signings
Pereira claims Wolves need three new signings before the window closes, with one almost complete as Jackson Tchatchoua looks set to join.
He acknowledges the fans’ expectations for important players to be replaced but reassures us that regardless of what happens for the rest of August, they are ready to perform: “Of course, we know the supporters every time expect new players. We lost very good players, important players. I am expecting new players, but I’m 100% sure we’ll be ready to fight again, to compete and do better.”
That fight starts with a tough challenge, facing Pep Guardiola’s Man City.
Despite the noise, Pereira is calm and confident heading into the new season, and his mental fortitude will be massive for Wolves in their quest to climb the table.
