The Detroit Lions went bold with just 30 seconds left in the first half of Saturday’s preseason matchup against the Miami Dolphins, and it paid off in highlight fashion.

Quarterback Kyle Allen dropped back and lofted a pass to rookie wideout Isaac TeSlaa, who went up over Dolphins defensive back Cornell Armstrong to snag an 18-yard go-ahead touchdown.

TeSlaa, who has been extremely impressive throughout training camp, made the most of his opportunities in the opening half. He finished with four catches for 41 yards and one touchdown, while Allen was sharp, going 14-of-17 for 124 yards and two touchdowns.

At halftime, the Lions held a 14-7 lead in Miami.
