Graham Potter is certainly under pressure as Sunderland scored three past against West Ham United in the Premier League on Saturday.
West Ham were beaten 3-0 by Sunderland, who marked their return to the top flight in style after scoring three second-half goals.
Potter may be at risk of being sacked at the London Stadium after the dismal display, but the players also have to take responsibility.
The English manager has failed to stamp his identity at the Irons, with specific individuals on the pitch arguably not pulling up their socks.

The 31-year-old was also dribbled past once, and the midfielder attempted two long balls and two crosses, which weren’t accurate.

Rodriguez future looks bleak at London Stadium
Rodriguez wants to leave the London Stadium, but his attempts to look for an exit seem to have fallen flat.
It looks like Potter still has the Argentine midfielder in his plans for this season, but his performances haven’t warranted the English manager’s apparent trust.
The Irons haven’t made many signings this summer, with only four players coming through the doors.

El Hadji Malick Diouf seems like an astute buy for West Ham, as the 20-year-old Senegalese stood out despite a poor performance from the rest of the team against Sunderland.
Freddie Potts impressed many supporters during pre-season after returning from his Portsmouth loan spell, and Potter should give him more opportunities going forward.
Rdoriguez has undoubtedly played himself out of the team with his display at the Stadium of Light, and the 31-year-old’s future at the London Stadium should also be re-evaluated.
