On Saturday night in Germany, Serbia claimed the friendly tournament title with a 91–81 victory over the hosts in the final. Both nations are seen as strong contenders for the upcoming EuroBasket.

For Germany, Orlando Magic star Franz Wagner stood out, scoring 26 points. He knocked down 6 of 8 shots from the inside, though struggled from deep (2 of 9), while making 8 of 11 free throws.
Serbia held a 70–55 lead after three quarters, but Germany stormed back with a 16–3 run, cutting the gap to just two points (73–71). Still, the Serbs steadied themselves in the closing minutes to seal the win.
Germany will play in EuroBasket Group B in Tampere, facing Finland, Montenegro, Sweden, Lithuania, and Great Britain. Serbia will compete in Group A in Riga against Latvia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Turkiye, and Portugal.
