Everton could be about to make their move to try and land Yves Bissouma.
The Toffees have already added six new faces to their squad so far this summer, but there remains a desire to continue to strengthen in the final few weeks of the window.
Everton have outlined Bissouma as their latest target, with the midfielder continually linked with a departure from Tottenham.
David Moyes has made it clear that he still wants to add further reinforcements, and the Toffees could now be about to take action.

Everton to pay £15m to strike Bissouma deal
The prospect of a move to Everton is not at the forefront of Bissouma’s thinking at the minute, as the midfielder prefers to remain at Spurs, according to Sacha Tavolieri via X.
However, Thomas Frank appears to have lost patience with him, after leaving him out of the squad for the UEFA Super Cup final after a punctuality issue, and also failing to include him against Burnley on Saturday.
West Ham are also prepared to offer the midfielder a way out of North London, and that has created a sense of urgency for the Toffees if they are serious about securing his signature.

Ex-Goodison scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – believes that Everton may be able to strike a deal to add Bissouma to their ranks for a fee of around £15million.
“I’d pay £15m if I was Everton,” King said.
“Spurs have an excess of midfielders and Bissouma would be the choice to go if anybody is going to leave.
“He needs regular football, and he’s always been in and out at Spurs.
“He has proved that he is and will be an asset to any Premier League club, and I think Everton would be a decent club for him.”
🇲🇱 Yves Bissouma wants to stay in England. If he remains in the country for one more year, the Malian could obtain his British passport, a key factor in his decision.
⚪️ His 1st option is to stay at Tottenham, but if he’s pushed out by Frank, he could consider other options.

Moyes could be perfect for Bissouma
Moyes has always had a reputation for being able to get the best out of players, and he could be the ideal man to help Bissouma get back to his best this term.
The Mali international was excellent during his stint at Brighton, but his move to Tottenham never really got off the ground, thanks to a series of inconsistent performances.
He has been in and out of the team at the Lilywhites, but if Everton could strike a deal to sign him, then Moyes will surely fancy his chances to help him play his best football.
Bissouma is an excellent ball-winning midfielder on his day, and he still has plenty to offer at Premier League level with his energy and bite.
It would be no surprise to see him revitalised under Moyes if a deal does go through.
