Como hope to have Inaki Pena deal in place this week
Head coach Cesc Fabregas has requested the signing of a new goalkeeper and the hunt has led him and the club to Barcelona for 26-year-old Inaki Pena, who made 16 appearances in LaLiga last season.
Como are hoping to accelerate with the Inaki Pena deal and are aiming to have a deal in place by Wednesday.

Starting on Monday, Como will seek to close an agreement for a loan with an option to buy.
Before that happens, Barcelona will need to extend the goalkeeper’s contract for another year, given that his current deal is set to expire in June.
That way, Barcelona will be able to loan the 26-year-old out and still claim a fee by selling him at a later date, rather than losing him for free at the end of his contract next summer.
