Leeds United confirmed the arrival of Dominic Calvert-Lewin on a free transfer last week. However, Daniel Farke has indicated that he would like to add one more striker to his squad before the transfer window closes in two weeks on September 1st.
The former Everton striker has signed a three-year contract and was registered in time to be eligible for Leeds’ Premier League opener against his former employers at Elland Road on Monday night. He rejected a massive contract offer from Fenerbahce to agree to join the Whites.

Birmingham City to challenge Leeds United in the race for Aleksandar Mitrovic
Al Hilal are prepared to move the former Newcastle and Fulham striker on after signing Darwin Nunez from Liverpool in the ongoing transfer window.
A return to England has been mooted, and the forward is keen to return to the Premier League, where Leeds are interested in signing him.
Al-Hilal are said to be ready to pay him off and let him leave on a free transfer, but Leeds do not have a clear run at Mitrovic.
Journalist Alex Crook has claimed that Birmingham City are plotting an audacious move to sign the Serbian striker before the September 1st deadline.
Crook said on talkSPORT (17:55, 17th August): “The other rumour I heard yesterday, and this is interesting for fans in the Championship and fans of Birmingham City, Aleksandar Mitrovic potentially coming back from Saudi Arabia to St Andrew’s.
“Mitrovic tore it up the last time he was in the Championship.”
Birmingham have spent considerable money as they eye back-to-back promotions to return to the Premier League and have already completed an eye-catching deal to sign Kyogo Furuhashi from Celtic.
Mitrovic tore up the Championship when he last played in that league, and the Blues are plotting to add to his firepower to their squad.
Mitrovic would have to agree to take a pay cut to join either Leeds or Birmingham
The Serbian has continued to score goals in Serbia since leaving Fulham, and would back himself to keep hitting the back of the net if he returns to England.
However, Mitrovic is on a contract worth £400,000 per week, and would have to agree to take a pay cut to return to England.
Leeds might offer him about a quarter of his wages, and Birmingham would struggle to pay a fraction of the money he is earning in Saudi Arabia.
If Mitrovic agrees to take a financial hit, he would likely prefer to play in the Premier League over returning to the Championship this summer.
