Leeds United manager Daniel Farke and his team are focused on their Premier League opener against Everton at Elland Road tonight. However, the recruitment team are working towards further strengthening the squad before the end of the transfer window.
The Whited confirmed the arrival of Dominic Calvert-Lewin on a free transfer at the end of last week. The 28-year-old striker, who rejected a massive contract offer from Fenerbahce, has signed a three-year deal and is eligible to play against his former side, Everton, tonight at Elland Road.

Leeds are keen to sign one more striker before the end of the window, in addition to a winger, an attacking midfielder and one more full-back, which should allow Isaac Schmidt to join Werder Bremen on loan in the coming days.
The Yorkshire giants are working towards setting up a few deals, and negotiations are underway to further bolster Farke’s squad with more attacking threat before the transfer window closes on September 1st.

Leeds United are pressing forward to try and sign AC Milan winger Noah Okafor
Noah Okafor has emerged as a top target for Leeds, and the club are pushing to try and secure a deal to take him to Elland Road this summer.
Leeds have agreed personal terms on a contract with his representatives, and the winger is open to a switch to Leeds before the transfer window closes on September 1st.
However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan are yet to give their consent to a deal to sell the winger to Leeds in the ongoing transfer window.
The Whites are in talks with the Rossoneri, who are looking to get somewhere around £15m from Okafor’s departure this summer.
Leeds are pushing to finalise a deal that would see Okafor move to Elland Road in a permanent transfer from the Serie A giants before the end of the transfer window.
However, an agreement is still not in place between the two clubs even though the winger is prepared to join Leeds this summer.
Leeds still have concerns about Okafor
While Leeds are pushing to sign the player, the Whites are not entirely convinced about the winger yet, and a transfer could still collapse even if the two clubs reach an agreement.
The Yorkshire giants have reservations about Okafor’s fitness and the spate of injuries he has had in the last few years, which have hampered his performances.
Leeds are well aware that the winger failed several medicals in recent history, and a final decision on signing him has not been made.
The Whites will wait for the medical team to completely approve the player before they decide to finalise the terms of his transfer this summer.
