B Team kick-off PL2 campaign
Young Reds travel to West Ham on Monday
Kick-off pencilled in for 7pm on Monday
Nottingham Forest B Team kick-off the 2025/26 Premier League 2 campaign with a trip to West Ham United on Monday evening.
The young Reds kick-off the campaign earlier this week against Boreham Wood’s first team in the National League Cup, in a tightly contested affair.
Last season, Warren Joyce’s side finished in the top 16 of the PL2 table, advancing to the knockout stage of the competition.
The Hammers, meanwhile, finished fourth in the table in 2024/25 to also advance to the next stages of the competition.
The competition will follow the same format as last season with the sides that finish in the top 16 facing off at the end of the campaign in the knockout stage to determine the PL2 champions.
Kick-off at Rush Green is currently scheduled for 7pm BST.
