Midfielder Matt O'Riley has pledged his loyalty to Brighton despite being linked with a move to Juventus.
The former [Celtic](https://www.glasgowtimes.co.uk/sport/celtic) player, who joined the Seagulls last season, has attracted interest from several overseas clubs.
Reports had even suggested a move to Turin was imminent, but the Italian side would need to offload players first.
The 24-year-old, who netted a penalty in Brighton's opening Premier League draw with Fulham, remains focused on contributing to the team.
"I’m having fun.
"That’s all I know at the moment.
"I did go to Fabian in pre-season to reiterate I am here as a Brighton player to help the team as much as possible.
"I was aware there was a lot of noise around me and I think that helps just settle the situation in general."
Speaking about his penalty, he added: "We’ve got a few takers.
"If Danny’s (Welbeck) on the pitch as well, he can take them.
"I have respect for him.
"If he wanted to take it, that’s fine."
Brighton fans will be relieved to hear O'Riley's commitment to the club.
