Leeds United boss Daniel Farke got his wish as the club signed a striker for the first team last week. But it looks like the club’s business is not done yet, with weeks to go till the end of the window.
Farke has been very vocal about adding quality to the attack of the team. And he has every right to, after the movement this summer. Leeds have moved Patrick Bamford out of their plans and loaned out Mateo Joseph and Joe Gelhardt. Manor Solomon also left on loan, with the club yet to sign another winger.

Leeds are close to agreeing a deal to sign AC Milan star Noah Okafor. The Switzerland would tick the box as the club need a wide player. But there would still be the main problem, as the Whites need another center forward.
Stefan Borson has suggested Leeds United as a destination for Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund:
“There’s no question that they’d love to cut the losses and get the €40million (£34.5million) and just write it off as yet another bad transfer.” he told Football Insider.
“That’s not an option, right? There are very few clubs that seem to be interested at that level.
“I’m slightly surprised about that.
“I would have thought that a team sort of Brentford or a Bournemouth, or maybe one of the other promoted teams, maybe Leeds or somebody like that, might have thought actually £35million, maybe you can get it for £30million plus £5million, maybe it’s worth a go.
“He’s young and can score you 10 goals, maybe he can’t score 20 but can score you 10 league goals.
“It wouldn’t have shocked me.”
Fulham keen on Hojlund move
The Independent reported early on Monday that Fulham were interested in a move for Rasmus Hojlund. The Whites are set to lose Rodrigo Muniz, a player that Leeds spent most of the summer window chasing.
Marco Silva’s side would like to consider a loan deal for the striker, but Manchester United are said to be looking at other options. Hojlund is also happy to stay at Old Trafford this season.
A move would be almost impossible
To even consider a move for Hojlund, finances would be a big step – it would be had for Leeds to afford such a transfer fee or pay his wages. A loan move would be the most plausible option, but the player would not be keen on taking such a step downwards.
