Gunnar Helm, rookie tight end for the Tennessee Titans, recently went Instagram official with his model girlfriend Erin Schassler. Helm shared a picture of Schassler sitting across the table while holding a glass of champagne, while wearing a strapless white-top with a sweetheart neckline.

Helm also added an adorable caption about Schassler, which had the comments section swooning. This is the first relationship that Helm has announced on his Instagram, and the timing is just perfect with the tight end playing two preseason games and impressing on the field with his debut.

Gunnar Helm and the Tennessee Titans have played two preseason games and managed to lose the first and win the second. The Titans will be soon taking on the Minnesota Vikings for their third preseason matchup before taking on the Denver Broncos for a Week1 face-off.

In his preseason debut for the Titans, Helm managed a solo reception for 16 yards, but failed to score. The tight end managed to get right back on the horse for the second preseason game and contributed four receptions for 48 yards, scoring his first touchdown for the team in the winning game against the Atlanta Falcons.

While Gunnar Helm’s efforts in the second preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons were most highly praised, the rookie tight end did not seem to think that he had done something remarkable. Helm’s words with reporters after the game ended also seemed to reflect on this as the tight end felt that he simply did his job.

“I was brought here to do a job, brought here for a reason. And, it’s to make plays like that. That’s kinda my wheelhouse, it’s a play I have to make.”Gunnar Helm spoke to reporters after the 23-20 win against the Atlanta Falcons in the second preseason game.

“As his grandfather I couldn’t be more proud. My wife and I were in Denver for his draft call. He was so excited to be picked by the Titans. The family will be thrilled to follow his journey.”Roger Helm, Gunnar Helm’s grandfather, commented on the video clip of the tight end in the locker room.

Gunnar Helm definitely seems to be an outstanding investment that the Tennessee Titans made in this draft. Despite being picked all the way in the fourth round, the 22-year-old has already proven himself to be a player with plenty of promise.
