AC Milan may now face competition in the race to sign Rasmus Hojlund after Napoli suffered a big injury blow.

According to Matteo Moretto‘s latest, Napoli are searching for a striker following Lukaku’s serious injury. He is expected to miss at least three months after suffering a severe muscle problem in training, causing the management to spring into action.
