TBR Football understands that Leeds United have now secured a £17m deal to sign Noah Okafor from AC Milan.
Leeds have been chasing Noah Okafor for some time and the 25-year-old will sign a four-year deal at Elland Road, with a further option for another season.
Despite his talent, Okafor rarely started for Milan or for Napoli, where he spent the second half of last season on loan, and that perhaps explains why he’s keen on a switch to the Premier League.
The Switzerland international joined Milan back in 2023 after impressing for RB Salzburg in Austria, but he never really got going in Italy.
But following Leeds’ victory over Everton in the Premier League, there’s more good news on the horizon for Daniel Farke.
Exclusive: Leeds delighted with their deal to sign Noah Okafor from AC Milan
TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey understands that Leeds have worked heavily with Red Bull to sign Okafor.
Leeds received a huge recommendation from the Red Bull scouting network to push ahead with the deal, as they have now done.

Predominantly in his career thus far, Okafor has operated as a left winger, but he’s equally adept playing centrally or on the right side of the attack.
And behind the scenes, Leeds are delighted with their deal – they believe Okafor is a top signing for the price they’re paying.
Okafor will become Leeds’ ninth summer signing following deals for the likes of Anton Stach, Lucas Perri and Gabriel Gudmundsson – who all impressed in their Premier League debuts.
Player Arriving from
Anton Stach TSG Hoffenheim
Jaka Bijol Udinese
Lucas Perri Olympique Lyon
Sean Longstaff Newcastle United
Gabriel Gudmundsson LOSC Lille
Sebastian Bornauw VfL Wolfsburg
Dominic Calvert-Lewin Everton
Lukas Nmecha VfL Wolfsburg
And despite how active Leeds have been in the transfer market, they might not be done just yet.
Leeds would still like to make two more attacking signings after Noah Okafor
TBR Football previously revealed that Leeds could make a late move to sign Manor Solomon from Tottenham Hotspur, and that still is the case.
It’s understood that Leeds would like to sign one or ideally two more additions in the final third.
Kalvin Phillips remains an option for Leeds, and the club are still in the market for a midfielder of that mould.
And of course, Leeds’ transfer window might be considered incomplete until they sign a number 10.
Aston Villa’s Emiliano Buendia and Sheffield United’s Gustavo Hamer are both appreciated at Elland Road, but it remains to be seen who will come in.
But either way, Leeds have clearly made serious strides in the off-season.
And whether Leeds deserved to win a penalty from James Tarkowski’s controversial handball or not, they’re now up and running in the top flight once again.
