West Ham United striking target Alexander Sorloth wants to leave Atletico Madrid after falling out with manager Diego Simeone, according to Spanish journalist Jose Ignacio Fernandez.
West Ham were keen on bringing the Norwegian international to the London Stadium club last summer, but he left Villarreal for Atletico instead.
Sorloth bagged 26 goals in 2023-24 and also ended 2024-25 with 24 goals for Atletico, but he wants to leave and the Hammers could do with his services.

The 29-year-old Sorloth played 35 La Liga games last term but started 15 and he wants to leave for where he can play regularly.
The West Ham target started the new season on the bench, playing just eight minutes as Espanyol handed Atletico a 1-0 defeat on Sunday.
The Hammers also started the campaign with a 3-0 loss to Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Saturday, and manager Graham Potter could do with another striker.
Atletico want €35 million for Sorloth, and West Ham should not miss out on such an opportunity.
They signed Callum Wilson for free after he left Newcastle United, and they have also been linked with former Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy.
Niclas Fullkrug and Jarrod Bowen led the line against the Black Cats, but West Ham could do with an upgrade on the Germany international, and the 6ft 4in Sorloth fits the bill.
He is a threat in counter-attacking situations, with his finishing and aerial threat some of the qualities Potter needs in a number 9.
The West Ham boss needs to deliver the goods as quickly as possible if he wants to keep his job.
Results are needed when they take on Chelsea, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Nottingham Forest in the next three games.
A midfield signing and another striker could be the solution for the Hammers, and the chance to bring Sorloth to England could be on the cards.
