Largie Ramazani’s time at Leeds United may be coming to an end.

Leeds marked their return to the Premier League with a 1-0 win against Everton at Elland Road on Monday night, albeit in controversial fashion.

Anton Stach’s long-range effort in the final 10 minutes of the game was deemed to have been handled in the box by James Tarkowski, resulting in a penalty for Leeds for reasons shared by the Premier League.

Lukas Nmecha dispatched it to secure a winning start for the Whites, but the evening wasn’t rosy for all of those in the matchday squad.

Willy Gnonto started the game on the left-wing for Leeds before being replaced by Brenden Aaronson in the final 20 minutes of the encounter.

Ultimately, that left Ramazani on the bench, which is where he would remain for the entire clash at Elland Road, despite the fact that he is only one of two natural left-wingers at the club.

Ramazani has already been linked with an exit from Leeds this summer, and Farke‘s decision to bring Aaronson on ahead of him served as a true showcase as to where he sees the Belgian.

The 24-year-old has bags of quality, and if the German isn’t going to utilise it, it would be difficult to see any other scenario than one of him pushing for an exit in the final 12 days of the window.

He deserves first-team football, and it is looking increasingly unlikely that he will receive that at Leeds.

Where could Ramazani go after Leeds exit?

Rangers had been linked with a move for Ramazani, though given Mikey Moore’s arrival at Ibrox, that interest has almost certainly diminished.

Deportivo La Coruna were also mooted as a landing spot for the Belgian forward back in March, though once again, that interest seems to have cooled.

Ramazani will not want to sit on the bench at Leeds, though, with so little time remaining in the window, a loan move may prove to be his only possible exit route.

He will have suitors, but his future will ultimately be determined by whether that interest turns into action over the coming days.
