Dolphins Sign Former Pro Bowl Defender

NFL fans and analysts alike seem to be split on the Miami Dolphins‘ outlook heading into the year.

One camp believes that this team could pick up where they left off when healthy and be a dominant offense, while others believe they’re in for a rude awakening.

The AFC hasn’t gotten any easier over the past few months, and its division, the AFC East, could prove to be more difficult than it’s been during the past few years.

Tyreek Hill, for instance, is still disgruntled with the team, which could impact the locker room and the effectiveness of the offense.

While they might be experiencing some negative things at the moment, the Dolphins did recently get a win in the form of a free agent acquisition.

According to Jordan Schultz, the Dolphins reached a one-year deal with Matthew Judon, which could be worth as much as $6 million.

The #Dolphins and OLB Matthew Judon have agreed to terms on a 1-year contract worth a max value of $6M, per source. He visited earlier today.

As Schultz pointed out, Judon is joining an already stacked defensive unit that has proven to be among the most lethal in the league when healthy and motivated.

Judon was a strong piece of the New England Patriots’ defense when he was on the field, and looks to provide the same value in Miami.

This team might have some problems to still work through, but if they stick together and rely on their most talented players, they just might figure out a way to put it all together and find success in 2025 and beyond.
