Quinones, 24, split last season between the New Orleans Pelicans and the Philadelphia 76ers, appearing in 13 NBA games. He averaged 6.6 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 14.1 minutes per game.
The Pelicans released him from his two-way contract in July.
He also spent significant time in the G League, where he was a standout performer. Across 41 games with the Birmingham Squadron and Delaware Blue Coats, he averaged 21.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 4.8 assists while playing 36 minutes per game.
Undrafted in 2022, Quinones has since appeared in 54 NBA games with the Golden State Warriors, Pelicans, and Sixers.
He also represents the Dominican Republic on the national team and has appeared in the FIBA World Cup 2023.
