Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder just had an NBA season unlike any other.

He averaged 32.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 6.4 assists on 51.9 percent from the field.
He was the most important player for the most important team in the league, and now Gilgeous-Alexander is a champion for the first time in his career.
But it might not be the last time.
There is every reason to believe that Gilgeous-Alexander is entering a pivotal phase, where he will actually improve in the years ahead.
