Tyrese Haliburton Reveals Encouraging Injury Update

The Indiana Pacers are preparing for a season without Tyrese Haliburton, who suffered his devastating injury during Game 7 of the NBA Finals.

Even though he isn’t going to be back on the court soon, Haliburton’s recovery is clearly headed in the right direction.

He recently went on social media to share good news: his walking boot is now off, and he is wearing sneakers again.

“Feels good to have 2 shoes on again,” Haliburton posted, via Courtside Buzz.

The Pacers are going to miss Haliburton and his season average of 18.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 9.2 assists on 47.3 percent from the field.

He shot and scored a lot and created a ton of assists, but he was also the glue that held the team together.

His shot-making will leave a void, but so will his leadership.

The Pacers still have a chance to make a lot of noise in the Eastern Conference, but without Haliburton or Myles Turner, it’ll be tough.

An Achilles injury like the one Haliburton has doesn’t get fixed overnight, and Haliburton has to take his time with it or else it won’t be complete.

Thankfully, things are going according to plan, even if it isn’t at a lightning-fast speed.

Haliburton loves his team and the people he plays with, so Pacers fans should expect to see a lot of him during the new season.

He won’t be on the court, but he will be on the sidelines, rooting for Indiana and promising to be back as soon as possible.
