Crystal Palace have reportedly approached Leicester City over a potential transfer for Bilal El Khannouss.
The 21-year-old is being linked with a move away from the King Power Stadium just a year after he joined Leicester City from Genk.
Leicester are understood to be willing to listen to offers for El Khannouss following their relegation from the Premier League last term.
The Foxes are looking to sanction sales to meet Profit and Sustainability Rules, and to also give Marti Cifuentes funds for the final two weeks of the summer transfer window.
According to Sky Sports News, Crystal Palace have approached Leicester over a deal for the Morocco international.
The report suggests that the two clubs are working to agree a transfer worth £30m plus add-ons for a player who is under contract with Leicester until the summer of 2028.
Palace view El Khannouss as a possible replacement for Eberechi Eze, who **appears to be on course t**o join Tottenham Hotspur.
The Eagles are also considering Club Brugge’s Christos Tzolis as another option to strengthen Oliver Glasner’s attacking ranks.

Villarreal keen on Leeds defender
Elsewhere, Villarreal are reportedly interested in signing Leeds United defender Pascal Struijk before the summer transfer deadline.
The centre-back has made 160 competitive appearances since joining Leeds from Dutch giants Ajax in 2018.
Struijk is regarded as a key part of Daniel Farke’s side and played the full 90 minutes in Monday’s 1-0 win over Everton.
However, Leeds could face a battle to keep him beyond the end of the transfer window, with Football Insider reporting that Leeds have registered an interest in the 26-year-old.
It is currently unclear whether Leeds would be open to offloading Struijk in the final two weeks of the transfer market.
The report claims that Struijk ‘could be tempted’ to join a club that can offer Champions League football, although Villarreal are yet to make a formal offer for the Leeds man.
Struijk has two years left on his current deal, which will expire at the end of the 2026-27 season.

Burnley in talks over Koleosho exit
Meanwhile, Espanyol have reportedly opened talks with Burnley over a move for attacker Luca Koleosho.
The winger scored two goals in 28 Championship matches last term, but he was left out of the matchday squad for Burnley’s opening Premier League game against Tottenham Hotspur.
With Koleosho set to struggle for game time at Turf Moor, Burnley are willing to sanction his departure before the end of the transfer window.
According to Sky Sports News, the Clarets are in talks over a deal to send the 20-year-old on loan to their new sister club, Espanyol.
Koleosho previously spent time in the youth system and B team at Espanyol, but he left in 2023 after making just six appearances for the senior side.
The Italy Under-21 international still has four years left to run on his Burnley contract after signing a new deal last summer.
