Liverpool don’t have all that much time left to source loans for some of their youngsters.
Last season, a hefty chunk of the Reds’ youth team were loaned out so that they could gain some first-team experience that they wouldn’t have had the chance to do at Anfield.
A lot of these moves ended up working out, with some, such as Lewis Koumas, even being linked with a return to the Championship this summer.

However, seeing as though their youth ranks are bursting at the seams with talent, it makes a lot of sense for Arne Slot and Richard Hughes to be looking at getting some regular game time for their youngsters.
Kaide Gordon is wanted by Swansea and Derby this summer
Last term, Kaide Gordon also spent his campaign in the Championship with both Portsmouth and Norwich taking a punt on the young Englishman.
Although he didn’t hit the ground running at Carrow Road, he took like a duck to water with Pompey, even though he didn’t manage to contribute to a goal.
The winger played 11 games for Norwich across all competitions and managed to score one goal.
And now, as per a report from The Athletic’s James Pearce, it seems like these performances have intrigued the interest of Swansea City and Derby County.

Kaide Gordon going out on loan makes plenty of sense
Gordon was one of the most talked-about talents among Liverpool’s ranks when he first burst onto the scene.
The attacker was seen as the next Raheem Sterling, but due to an injury that kept him sidelined for an extended period of time, things haven’t quite worked out for him just yet.
Indeed, Rio Nguomoha is the youngster getting all the headlines at Liverpool for the moment, and when the fact that Slot has already chosen to use him in one or two pre-season games this term is taken into account, it’s clear that Liverpool think of him as the next big thing.

Of course, this could be said about most of the Reds’ players, but with the way things are, the best way for Gordon to get noticed will be to prove his worth while out on loan.
The Championship is, however, a tough league to stand out in, but if the young Englishman, who Virgil van Dijk once dubbed a “special talent,” can handle it, he could get his career back to where it’s supposed to be.
