Jaylen Brown Ranked Ahead Of Former MVP In NBA 2K26 Ratings

Boston Celtics forward Sam Hauser and guard Derrick White were recently ranked highly in three-point shooting and defense (respectively) in NBA 2K26’s ratings.

Now, All-Star Jaylen Brown has been ranked among the NBA’s elite in the video game’s overall ratings.

Ahead of its September release, the legendary NBA video game franchise is revealing its top 100 rated players. Brown was given an overall rating of 90, tying him with Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving, Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young and Oklahoma City Thunder star Jalen Williams.

Brown and company are notably ranked ahead of former MVP James Harden and former Rookie of the Year Paulo Banchero (both rated an 89), among others.

Though Harden is an 11-time All-Star and former MVP, he’ll be 36 years old when the 2025-26 season begins. Brown, meanwhile, has earned all four of his All-Star nods in the past five seasons and will turn 29 in October.

Harden averaged 22.8 points, 8.7 assists and 5.8 rebounds across 35.3 minutes per game in 79 contests during the 2024-25 campaign, while making his first All-Star team in three years. “JB” posted 22.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 34.3 minutes per contest in 63 games last season.
