Liverpool vs. Man United date announced as 3 fixtures moved for TV

Liverpool will play three Premier League fixtures in October and all of them have been selected for live broadcast, including the visit of Man United.

Arne Slot‘s side kicked off their title defence with a win over Bournemouth, with only two games to follow in the subsequent 15 days before the first international break of the season.

With the Premier League seeking to give supporters enough notice for fixture changes, they have now confirmed the changes to the calendar for October.

It includes the visit of Man United, which will take place in the first game back from the international break on Sunday, October 19.

Sky Sports will broadcast the fixture live in the UK, with kick-off at 4.30pm (BST).

The same fixture ended 2-2 after Ruben Amorim’s side scored a late equaliser and Liverpool will be seeking their first home win over United since the 7-0 rout in 2023.

The trip to Chelsea precedes the visit of Man United, with Liverpool kicking off their month with a visit to the capital on Saturday, October 4, for a 5.30pm start on Sky Sports.

That match is followed by the second international break of the season, and the month will then close out with another trip to London to face Brentford on October 25.

It is currently pencilled in for 12.30pm kickoff on TNT Sports, but that could change subject to Champions League scheduling as the third game of the initial phase takes place in the midweek.

Liverpool will face off against former players Caoimhin Kelleher, Jordan Henderson, Sepp van den Berg and Fabio Carvalho during their visit to the Gtech.

Liverpool could also face a fourth-round tie in the Carabao Cup in October, making for a potential five games throughout the month – plus international action.
