The 2025/26 campaign is upon us, as this episode starts with intense training a few days out from our Premier League opener against Wolves.
As well as duties on the pitch to prepare, there’s also the small matter of media obligations - including photos and videos for the broadcasters.
Rayan Cherki had his own photoshoot after moving to the No.10 shirt following Jack Grealish’s loan to Everton.
There were fresh beginnings for another attacking midfielder too, with James McAtee saying his farewells to the whole squad before heading off to Nottingham Forest for the next stage of his career.
As well as his team-mates, McAtee also had a chat with Hugo Viana and Pep Guardiola who wished him all the best at the City Ground.
With the week’s work done, it was on to Molineux for our first Premier League assignment of the season.
Inside City gives a unique perspective of what turned out to be a special performance, with an Erling Haaland brace, Tijjani Reijnders and Cherki making the difference.
