Experienced Man Utd star is now subject to‘fresh’offer from‘rising powerhouse’club,‘run out of time’claim made

Manchester United could potentially offload one first-team player from Old Trafford after an offer has arrived from a club in Saudi Arabia, according to stunning reports.

Ruben Amorim has seen new signings arrive at Manchester United this summer, including Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon.

However, the 40-year-old United manager is still keen to clear out his Red Devils first-team squad before the transfer window shuts on 1st September.

Ruben Amorim has watched one high-profile exit from Old Trafford so far, with Marcus Rashford leaving United again and signing on loan for Barcelona.

There are still several United players on the chopping block at the Premier League club, including Antony, Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho and Tyrell Malacia.

Casemiro has become a target for another Saudi Pro League club amid Al Nassr’s transfer interest in the Man Utd midfielder

Casemiro has been linked with Al Nassr in the past and the 33-year-old Brazilian defensive midfielder still remains part of Ruben Amorim’s plans at the club.

However, Casemiro is out of contract with United in 2026 and the Brazil international will likely leave Old Trafford next summer as a free agent.

According to Stretty News, the United midfielder has received interest this summer and Saudi Pro League outfit Neom SC have tabled an ‘offer’ for Casemiro.

The publication describes Neom SC as a ‘newly rising powerhouse’ in Saudi Arabia, with the Middle East-based club set to compete in the Saudi Pro League this season.

Following their promotion from the Saudi First Division League after the 2024-25 campaign, Neom SC could now rival Al Nassr in the race to sign Casemiro.

Man Utd’s transfer position on Al Nassr-linked Casemiro after Saudi Pro League side Neom SC entered the race

Stretty News reports that the Red Devils are open to ‘selling’ Casemiro and the former Real Madrid star’s exit would free up his hefty wage bill at United.

The news outlet has claimed that Casemiro could still make his exit from Old Trafford, despite the transfer window creeping closer to its September deadline.

It is believed that the situation around the former Los Blancos midfielder and Neom SC is ‘progressing rather slowly’ and both sides could ‘run out of time’ this summer.

Casemiro would remain at Old Trafford if a deal to the Saudi Pro League club fails to materialise and he would see out the remainder of his contract before his exit.
