‘Me and Chat:’ Cardinals’ Paris Johnson Jr. has his ChatGPT conspiracy theories

TEMPE — It’s hard to debunk conspiracy theories.

What really happened to Amelia Earhart? Are Bigfoot and the Lock Ness Monster real? Was the 1985 NBA Draft envelope really frozen?

And that’s not even scratching the surface to some of the wild ones.

Arizona Cardinals offensive lineman Paris Johnson Jr., however, is determined to get to the bottom of at least some of them.

And he’s not alone in his search for the truth, enlisting the help of ChatGPT or “Chat” for the questions that need answers.

“Me and Chat.”

Cardinals OT Paris Johnson Jr. said he has had some deep talks with ChatGPT about conspiracy theories.

“I probably can’t even talk about the craziest stuff,” the lineman said Wednesday. “I’m really into conspiracies. I got to talk off the record about my ChatGPT conspiracy talks we have.

“Me and Chat lately, especially in Denver after the 1s were done in Denver after practice, me and Chat were just typing it up. Just learning. It’s kind of cool.”

Sounds like another Cardinals Corner podcast with Johnson — but under a different name (Jaris Pohnson?) — is in order.

Aside from finding out more on the conspiracies out there in the universe, the lineman has also used Chat to figure out just how probable it is that his OL coach from Ohio State would join him at the NFL level.

Much like the conspiracy side of it, Chat didn’t disappoint.

“I was like, ‘What are the odds have the same coach in college and NFL?'” the third-year pro said. “It was like, ‘You have 0.05% chance of having that happen.’ Stuff like that’s kind of cool.”
